    Falls out a lot

I really like them but its difficult to truly enjoy them when they slide right out of your ears with the smallest touches or not even touching it at all. Not to mention it creates sweat and moisture in your ear canal, taking away any seal on your ears immediately. Ive tried so many different ear rubber things yet none have worked except maybe wearing a beanie over my ears

Nice quality, overall improvement from last set

Got these to replace my older pair of JBL earphones, and the quality of them is really nice. My only complaints really are that the included changeable ear insert things did not have the same sizes as my last ones, all 3 included sizes are much smaller than my old ones that I was comfortable using. Tried to use my old pieces and they are too large for the friggen case, so the earphone doesn’t go in all the way & charge, and the case doesn’t close. So I had to use some from something else that would fit my ear better, and still fit inside the case.I also wish it had a better battery life indicator for the case. My old one had 3 light bars so it was easy to figure out it’s charge, but this new one just has 1 lit up bar and I’m red/green colorblind so I don’t ever know it’s actual state of charge until my earphone isn’t getting charged up anymore Lol.

Works great, can download an app with it. Hard to run in.

So I choose these headphones not only for everyday use but specifically to have something more practical to run with. They are great mostly, but even when I replaced the bigger earbud pads with the smaller ones, they tend to slide out from the movement. I have to push them back in and the earbuds are meant to pause, skip, adjust the volume when you tap it. So it disrupts my music when I’m trying to focus on running.Other than that, I really do love them and think they work great. I also like that JBL has an phone app you can download with all sorts of little features on there for their products.

Good quality value for money.Taking out and putting it back into the pod is little tricky you have to make sure the correct placement. Otherwise its good.

    TERRIFIC sound quality

I got these because I needed a solution for watching TV without waking the housemate – the audio quality is phenomenally better than the native speakers in a mid-range laptop. I also have one ear that fits weird with earbuds – these do just fine in that ear, though.Full disclosure – I am using these at home, mostly in the comfy chair, so I cannot really address any tendency for them to slip free while working out, hiking, bicycling or so forth. They seem pretty secure within my range of motion, though.

    Good beats for the Price!

I have another pair of Bluetooth but I lost them in my storage so I saw these by a decent name brand & thought I would try them out. I wasn’t disappointed in the sound either. And the case recharges them with a c cable. They won’t last all day now so bring a charger if you want to use them more than a couple hours.

    Good performance for the price.

Bought this during the Prime Day sale and I even if I bought it at the original price I would consider this a great buy. I took a few days just to test everything out and I have no complaints. The sound is clear and the bass is pumping when you’re looking for some extra ‘oomph’ in your music. The battery life is good; I tend to charge my headset once a day during sleep, and I’m able to last the day listening to pods, music and taking calls. My only issue is I bought the white, so it gets dirty quite easily. Would look into the others in the future.

    Pretty good

Not that much bass, but this thing was a trooper, survived a wash and dryer cycle without drop in quality or shorting out, sadly they died on the second time i forgot them in my pocket durring a wash lmaoDefinitely worth it if you can get em cheap

    Impressed.

Never saw myself with earbuds. I am old school. I was a mobile DJ and I love big sound. Big Speaker cabinet’s (18″ loudspeakers), big monitors, huge amp racks and of course, large headphones. I decided to buy these when I flew to Vegas. The rest is history. My Vibe Beams are always with me wherever I go.

    Good product for the price

Good product for the price, however, my only complaint is they fall out nonstop. I use these in the gym mostly and they probably fall out during my workout atleast 5 times a workout, which is frustrating

Top quality audio after a few adjustments

This review is about the audio features of the JBL Vibe Beam earbuds.I’m an audio engineer so audio quality is very important to me. As such, I use wired connections as much as possible to maintain the integrity of the audio signal. However, many newer consumer-level products no longer have audio jacks, so I finally decided to invest in some wireless earbuds as a backup to the other earphones and headphones that I use. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money as I didn’t foresee myself using this product very much, and since this is my first foray into wireless audio earphones, if they were just ok or they broke after a while, then I wouldn’t feel too bad about the little money that I spent. Also, I wanted to focus on finding wireless earbuds with excellent audio quality first as I already have an excellent high-end bluetooth earpiece for cell phone use, and I wouldn’t be using this product as a bluetooth headset for my phone. After doing much research, I chose the JBL Vibe Beam’s as they were at my price point, I’m familiar with JBL products, and I could reasonably expect that they were likely deliver the high audio quality that I’ve come to expect from JBL products. In my research, I read reviews that complained about the harshness of the high end with high frequency instruments like cymbals or the lack of bass, so I was a bit concerned. When I received and started listening to my JBL Vibe Beams I understood what people were talking about. However, to correct the issues, first, one must have a great fit of the earbuds in their ears. I’m fortunate, in that with the medium tips that were already installed on the Vibe Beams, they made a snug fit in my ears right out of the box. If you find that these earbuds do not fit well in your ears it might be worthwhile to invest in a separate set of variable sized earbud tips, or try tips from one of your other well-fitting earbuds, if you have them. Once the earbuds were seated properly in my ear, that took care of the poor bass issue. (I have not worn them long-term so I can’t speak to them falling out of my ear, as others have mentioned, but they seem to stay in pretty well.)For the misaligned frequency response issue, fortunately, the JBL Headphone app that you can install on your cell phone includes a ten-band graphic equalizer that you can use to make adjustments to the frequency response of your earbuds. After listening to several of the reference tracks I use to check new audio equipment or my mixes against, I found that the only adjustments needed were carving out some of the upper midrange and making a very slight boost in the bottom end of the lower frequency spectrum. I’ve included a screenshot of my EQ curve which I based on the Bass preset in the JBL app. You can’t tell as there is no dB scale on the side, but I needed to cut or boost by only 1-2 dB. I find that my new EQ curve gives a more balanced frequency response than what came out of the box, and matches up well against the reference speaker system and headphones that I use for my audio mixing and mastering work. I invite you to use my EQ curve as a starting point and adjust as sounds best to you.I also read reviews complaining about the apparent lack of volume of the Vibe Beams. I connected the JBL’s to several different sources (phone, computer, TV, MP3 player, etc.) and I found that the overall maximum volume (with limiter off) is relatively lower than wired speaker versions. However, the input to the JBL’s is relative to the maximum output of the source itself. I found that the loudest level I could get came from my iPhone and the lowest level output came from my MP3 player (which probably doesn’t offer much output anyway being a tiny portable unit). As a comparison, I did a side-by-side test of the JBL’s with my wife’s AirPods (2nd gen). What I found was that the JBL’s offered an almost identical audio output level as the AirPods with any of the sources I used so that confirmed that the output level of the JBL’s has more to do with the source (and the source material as some songs are mastered at a lower volume than other songs) than with the earbuds themselves. During my test, I put the JBL’s at their maximum volume output (one tap at a time on the left bud to raise the volume). Also, I noticed during my testing that the AirPods had a pleasing midrange sound perfect for listening to podcasts or watching video, but the JBL’s excelled at full-range sound on the bottom and top ends of the frequency spectrum which made them sound much better over all and well-suited for music or listening to explosive action scenes in movies. And speaking of movies, the JBL app has a switchable audio/video mode. The video mode reduces the latency of the delivery of audio against picture, so there isn’t a noticeable lip-sync issue with dialogue in a scene. However, there is a slight degradation in the audio quality of ‘video’ mode versus ‘audio’ mode, but you will have to make the determination if the change in audio quality is acceptable to you.As a side note, I included a picture of the inner side of the earbuds. The ‘L’ and ‘R’ designations on the earbuds are tiny as you can see, plus they are the same color as the earbuds themselves, so they are very hard to see. I wish JBL had made the L/R letters bigger or at least made them a different color so they would be easier to see.The pairing process was fairly easy with all my bluetooth-capable devices and the range was good, only dropping out after walking approximately 60-70 feet from the source. There was one momentary dropout during my listening but that could be due to my wife using her AirPods the same time as I was using the JBL’s.I can’t speak to the other features of the JBL Vibe Beams as I don’t intend to use them, but as far as audio quality goes, with just a few minor tweaks, these bluetooth earbuds can go from sounding like a $50 pair of earbuds to a $500 pair of reference earphones.

Book Tok these are for you! No more nosy listeners

Okay so are you like me and have zero time to actually read or enjoy music other than while you’re doing a million and one things? If so, these are for you! Great quality, sturdy, and that fit very snug so they aren’t falling out, plus not one person can hear mama’s 🌶️🌶️🌶️ books while I’m cleaning or waiting for an appointment. I get to catch up on the latest reads and listen to espresso IN PEACE. For a moment at least 😅 my favorite part is the extra app you can download and customize every single thing specific to your tastes. I love the jazz setting for books and the extra bass for music. Don’t forget you can even make your own. Amazing price, built to last, and nobody can hear what you’re listening to. No more AirPods for me.

    These headphones are just ok…

I recently purchased these headphones and I wanted to try it out for a while before leaving an honest review. 1. The headphones are quite loud, not as loud as other brands, but loud enough. 2. The headphones do tend to fall out at times when you’re moving, eating, and/or talking/singing, which isn’t great if you’ll be moving a lot with your headphones. They do provide multiple sizes for the ear plugs which is a plus. 3. Because the headphones need to be adjusted often, it does trigger the control functions of the headphones, i.e. pausing the music, changing the volume, etc. I’ll be honest, this part is probably the most annoying. I may have to change the settings in my phone. 4. Battery life lasts a while, and charging is pretty fast. 5. Mic quality is just okay; standard for most wireless headphones. Overall, these are okay. You definitely get what you pay for. I have other JBL speakers which are great, but this particular model is just okay.

My cranial audio input ports are pleased

Me: Ooo. Look at this deal…Also me: That’s really cheap. They’re probably trashMe: But they’re JBLs… They can’t be that bad. Also me: But they’re really cheap…Me: But they’re JBLs….All kidding aside, I was extremely surprised with these ear buds. I have an old pair of JBL Endurance Peak ONES and I’ve used them so much, they have started falling apart. I was apprehensive about these Vibes because they are so affordable, but my gosh. They sound just as good as my older JBL EPs, without the weight. They’re very easy to set up. Very comfortable. I like the matte black finish on the ones I got. One thing that also caused some apprehension when the prospect of the JBL app on my phone… I don’t particularly like installing programs I don’t NEED (and you really don’t need it for the buds to function) but this app comes with an equalizer – that works. You’ll have to play around with it to get it just right for your tastes, but it works. For the price, you can not go wrong with these ear buds.Update: It’s been almost a month with these buds, and I’m still thrilled. I use them while doing yard work, specifically weed whacking and pressure washing, and they block enough of the sound while providing excellent volume. I live in Florida, so I get really sweaty working. These things haven’t had any issue with moisture, even mist from pressure washing. My only complaint, and it’s not really the bud’s fault, is they slip out of my ears if I’m moving around a lot, but it does take a while. I’ve always needed bigger tips, so I can’t fault the buds.

This product is good quality and sound is good. It doesnt hurt my ear when I put it on I use them mainly for listening to podcasts and while doing chores around the house. They are comfortable enough and have good range. They hold a charge for a significant amount of time. I got a second pair because I love them

    Good for the price, but…

I love the case and that it charges with the same type cord as my Samsung Galaxy phone. Therefore I can use my car charger on them too, which is very convenient. The sound quality is surprisingly good BUT you have to manipulate the position and reposition the buds in your ears to get best sound and NC. It blocks most external sound to a point. Doesn’t allow those around you to hear what you’re listening to, thank the Gods because I listen to some spicy stuff along with hard-core metal to get my mojo going for work, walking, shopping without having to “people.”Great value for your money. Case is lovely and easy to grip without sliding out of your hand, secure lid that stays open and does not break. My biggest issues are comfort in the ear is meh and they fall out easily. In order to get the best sound and block out external noise you have to really push them in there and after an hour or less it starts to hurt your earhole. If you don’t really push them in then they fall out easily. My left one falls out more than the right and it doesn’t just do it based on movement or bending. It does it even when I am just sitting in the car or on the couch. I am buying a different set of buds for work so I don’t have to worry about dropping and losing one randomly. I’m buying Samsung buds as the reviews state they stay in your earholes better. Stay tuned…Overall the price is good for what you get. If they upgraded them to stay in the ear more comfortably then I would have bought another of these vs another brand.

    For its price, it’s amazing!

Fits my ears well, gotta insert it properly so it won’t just fall off. The noise cancelling feature works okay, you can still hear background noise but no earbuds are perfect. Although I think it did work coz my friend had to call me several times coz I hardly heard her.

    JBL VIBE BEAM

These are good quality and sound is good. I use them mainly for listening to books, podcasts and music while doing chores around the house. They are comfortable enough and have good range. They hold a charge for a significant amount of time. The only thing I dont like is the ambient noise feature. I was able to turn that function off, while I am using them to listen to music, audiobooks and podcasts, but have not found a way to turn it off during phone calls. I find it very annoying and distracting and for me it affects the quality of sound. Luckily, I rarely use them for phone conversations. I would purchase these again, just a model without the ambient feature. Oh, and I did accidentally leave the ear buds in case in my jeans pocket and put them in laundry washer, I realized about 15 to 20 minutes into wash and removed them, they were completely soaked, I put them in rice for 24 hours and they were good as new, thank goodness!

    Very Happy with My Purchase

The sound is great! There’s an app that you can customize to the sound you like and find a missing one. There’s a review on here from a sound engineer thats extremely helpful. For the price point I’m surprised. I lost my AirPods in the house and I was tired of looking for them plus the sound was low in one ear. So I came here to replace them. I had the Apple AirPods in my cart when I saw these. I had a Bluetooth JBL speaker before and I loved the sound so I decided to buy the JBL’s instead. I realized I could stretch my money much further buying these and then getting some Thanksgiving outfits for the whole family with that same $200. I’m not mad at all.The sound is on point and the value is more than what I paid for. They silicone buds for nicely but I have some spare sizes just in case. I’m more than satisfied.

    good but a little clumsy

I’ve been using JBL Jabra for a few years. Replaced them with these Vibe Beam. Maybe I’m just uncoordinated but I have a really difficult time getting them out of the case and when I do, they seem backwards (if that makes any sense) but then putting them in my ear is natural – I suppose like anything else, I’ll get used to it.I use these mostly with an Amazon Fire to watch YT, Ntflx, Amzn etc. The volume jumps to full blast often – that’s not fun. The range of volume is pretty large grained. <-- these may be more to do with the tablet than the buds. Overall, a huge improvement over the JBL Jabra with regards to controlling volume, pausing, etc.As far as fit goes, they are pretty good but I do have to adjust them frequently to keep them in my ear.Considering the price point, I don't expect any better but definitely not less.

    sound is incredible!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I’m about an hour into these headphones and I am remembering why I should avoid non-audio brands when it comes to audio.have some Chinese ear buds that are fine for podcasts, but lack in music. bought Skullcandy thinking they’d be better, but not by much (sent them back). got these JBLs and within 2 minutes I was skipping tracks in my Playlist blown away, song by song, by nuances I had not even noticed with “fancy” my corded, over-ear headphones. so far I am super happy with these and would recommend them to any audiophile.

    Works great

The sound is good, and the charge seems to hold. No problem there. I just wish they stayed in a little better. They will stay in while walking, etc., but while working out and my facial muscles tighten trying to get that last rep, they pop out.

    No complaints

Took a few minutes to setup through the app. Make sure you keep your box if you plan on registering them, as it has a SKU on it which will be needed. Not too bad on the quality either. Improvement over the Skull Candy ones I had been using. I do have the “Extreme Bass” setting turned on because I’m a baseline junkie, and it is an acceptable level.

All earbuds/tips were too small – bought replacement separately

I got these on sale as I just wanted an inexpensive, simple earbud. I was initially disappointed because none of the included eartips were large enough. I was going to return them but had thrown away the box already. So I found some replacement tips from JNSA here on Amazon. I installed their large size and now they fit my ears as expected. The sound is now as expected as well. They were definitely lacking bass prior to installing these aftermarket tips. Now the bass is very present as expected without any EQ.So only 4 stars due to not providing adequate fitting tips and requiring me to spend more to get them to fit. All other earbuds I have ever purchased (whether wireless/bluetooth or wired have ALWAYS included large enough tips to fit. These, for some reason did not. Come on JBL).

Not a great ear fit, but solid companion app and battery life

As the title says, the fit in my ear was not fantastic, usually slipping loose when using my jaw to talk or chew, and if I tilt my head forward when looking down or bending over to pick something up. Quite durable, these have fallen out of my ear onto straight concrete from standing height many times and come out scratch free. The range is solid, but doesn’t tend to stay connected to the device if you stay just inside the maximum range too long. Battery life is a big plus, I can usually go almost a whole week without charging the case, and a day or two without charging the buds. All in all, decent earbuds even if the fit isn’t the bed.

Good for music, not so much for phone calls

I ordered this with the intent of replacing a missing set of AirPods, and for the majority of use the JBL version did what it was designed to do at the price point, namely play music and podcasts from my phone. Of course the sound isn’t quite the same as the AirPods, but that is to be expected. The ear buds do occasionally slip a bit while in use, but that really wasn’t a big issue (however when attempting to readjust them in my ear it was extremely easy to accidentally press the wrong spot and pause or skip something, and on more than one occasion I turned the volume up trying to reposition it, but that could be a user error situation). Where they struggle is with call quality. The majority of my calls I found myself drowned out by the background noise, and people on the other end had difficulty understanding or even hearing me. I didn’t order them to make frequent phone calls, but nevertheless it was immediately noticeable. As a side note, the earbuds can be difficult to remove from the case, but again that could just be me.

    Can withstand the Washing Machine!

I bought these earbuds for my son because his Apple ones got stolen from school. These were a very high-quality option at a reasonable price. He’s been using them daily and has always raved about their quality. Yesterday he noticed it was connecting to his phone, but he could not locate them and I just had an inkling that he might have left them in his jeans pocket that were currently right now in the washing machine. Lo and behold he did and when I emptied out the washing machine, I was really afraid once I heard the sound of plastic hitting metal. Anyway, I reached in and found one earbud between a pair of jeans, then the other one after I emptied out the entire washing machine. There, I also found the case. When I pulled out the first one, I noticed it was flashing blue sort of like telling me “hey, I’m still alive!!” I quickly gave them to my son and he plugged in the case to make sure that it was still charging both earbuds and in fact it was. Not only that they were both working perfectly. We were both stunned. I asked him if there was any difference from before they got washed to now and he said the only difference is that they smell better LMAO.

    They Never Break???

Best earbuds I’ve gotten literally ever. These things have been through so much over the time I’ve had them. Other Bluetooth earbuds I’ve gotten, the sound gets messed up and they break over the course of a year. These things are indestructible. I’ve dropped them so many times, with and without a silicone case over it. Totally fine. They’ve been thrown across rooms, stepped on, chewed on by a very determined child, and there is not a single thing that’s wrong with them??? I literally put them in the WASHING MACHINE by accident. Full one-hour cycle. Soaking wet. Took these bad boys out of the case and let them dry for like an hour, and they worked completely fine. Case works fine, earbuds work fine, not a single issue. I don’t know what these things are made of, but they are RIDICULOUS and I will cherish them forever (I got Mint by the way if that sways anyone’s decision).

    Great Quality

I’ve been looking for some new wireless headphones and these ones are perfect. They have an app to optimize how you listen and it comes with a “hear through” feature which is good but I feel like it could be improved. Very easy to set up, super simple tap instructions for volume control and the like. The price was great for the value. Sits in the ear nicely. Would recommend.

    Good only for music

These earbuds are really good for the $25 I paid for them, if only used to listen to music.I have a series delay in audio compared to where and sound in the video should be happening. This happens on my iphone and windows based computers. Kind of sad about that, considering I was hoping for a good all around earbuds. However the audio is really good and the accompanying app to tweak the sound helps improve the curve.

    Good for their price

Solid battery life, case doesn’t need to be charged too often. Don’t really have issues with it connecting to my phone when I walk away. Very nice color! They’re not as comfortable as I’d like, even when changing the earbud size, but it isn’t that bothersome. The gestures on the earbuds can be frustrating (ex. accidentally toggling them, or a tap being mistaken for a long tap) but it isn’t a huge deal, and these gestures can be disabled in their very useful app. They don’t block out outside noise any better than other earbuds, unfortunately. Overall, for their price, I would absolutely buy them again. Here’s to hoping it’ll be a while before a need to!

    Very good value

I’m a big Apple fan and everything I own is Apple. However, my 2nd set of AirPods only lasted 2 years so I looked around to see what else was on the market. I saw these and decided to give them a try because of being JBL. After having them for 1 week, here’s my opinion. They’re definitely worth the price and I only have a couple complaints. They’re a little tricky to get out of the case and they don’t stay in my ears as well as my AirPods did and I’ve tried all three of the included tips. Other than that I love them. They sound great and have an app that gives you a lot of flexibility. The batteries also last much longer than AirPods. For 1/3 the price of what a replacement set of AirPods would have cost, I’m very satisfied with them. I a;so like the blue color.

    Great sound

I enjoy these buds. I bought two pair, they cost more, but are not louder than these buds. The other set are jbl buds. They are a step up from vibe, but the vibe sound quality to me is a little louder. These vibes fit better also too.

    Ehh so so

The sound quality is decent the app to tune them is nice. But the latency and random disconnecting basically daily at this point is getting a bit annoying. I read a review by a guy who claimed to be a music engineer. I got these to use while editing videos for my YouTube channel and there isn’t much latency but it creates a bit of a lag in the editing software only when these are connected making it hard to use for work. Then lastly, which is the most annoying because it happens constantly, if you wear a winter hat or hoody you have to make sure they aren’t even remotely close to it will constantly mess with the controls. Oh yeah I forgot to mention, occasionally the left one will lag more than the right one and it will have an echo effect. This doesn’t happen often maybe once every week or 2 but still I never had a pair of earbuds do that before. Idk maybe I got a bad pair. But for the price I expected a tad more quality especially from JBL

So far I’ve owned buds, 2x version 2 buds and these. Maybe I’m odd, but I can’t tell much of a difference. These are fantastic…. I’ve already purchased 4 at discount knowing I’ll eventually lose them all lol.

Good sound quality & battery life

I recently purchased these headphones, and overall, I’m quite impressed. The sound quality is excellent, delivering clear highs, deep bass, and well-balanced mids. Whether listening to music or podcasts, the audio experience is immersive and enjoyable.Setting up the headphones was a breeze—it connects to Bluetooth quickly without any hassle, making it convenient to switch between devices. However, there is one drawback when it comes to watching videos: the audio lags slightly behind the visuals. While this isn’t noticeable for music or calls, it can be a bit distracting when watching movies or YouTube videos. It’s a minor issue, but worth mentioning for those who plan to use these primarily for video content.Despite this, if you’re primarily looking for headphones with great sound quality and easy Bluetooth setup, these are a solid choice.

Full EQ response, tight bass, crisp sound.

Nice all around EQ response on these buds. I’ve heard some say the bass response isn’t strong enough – my advice, put the biggest ear buds in the package on these and you’ll get the full bass response. They come equipped with the smallest of 3 sizes on them and it’s definitely all bright and crisp with those on. Listening to some hip hop, voices are very clear, bass is tight and bumping, and these are the closest to the sound of vinyl of any buds I’ve had. I listen to a lot of obscure extreme metal demos that sound muddy and warbly on most buds, and these really bring them to life and allow you to hear more of what’s going on. And for jazz, this kind of tight and bright is perfect. Battery life gets me thru the whole work day. Recommended.

    Far Exceeds Expectations!

I figured these earbuds would sound great since they’re JBLs, but the extra features are outstanding! I absolutely love them! Do you remember way back before cell phones were the norm and we all used a regular telephone? When you were talking, you could hear your own voice a little bit and it made talking on the phone easy. Cell phones, at least mine, doesn’t have my voice in my own ear so it feels like I’m not really talking, if that makes any sense. These earbuds add your voice back into the conversation so it’s a more natural experience and I couldn’t be happier about that! Yes, it sounds great, but the extras are excellent, especially for the price! Well done, JBL!

    The bass is outstanding

This was a really buy at really good price. I’m amazed at how good they sound. Easy to set up still need to play with them a little bit more to learn how to use them really well. But overall very satisfied definitely recommend these earbuds.

    Good sound

I like the sound of these. The equalizer in the app doesn’t seem to make a whole lot of difference. The only complaint I might have if the case. It’s awkward get the earbuds in and out of the case. Other than that, you can’t do better than these for the cost.

    Not impressed

I wanted these for Teams calls at work. First, it’s almost impossible to remove the buds from the case, and only slightly easier to replace them. The lid only hinges 90 degrees, so the buds won’t clear the lid when removing them. Very spoiled by my AirPods in this respect.I currently use a pair of cheap Apple wired earphones with 3.5mm cable (the kind they used to give you for free when you bought a phone). Compared to those…The JBL speakers are tinny and maybe only 1/2 as loud as the Apple earphones, even with volume maxed out.Coworkers keep complaining that they can’t hear me on Teams calls with the Apple wired earphones. The JBL microphone is a fair bit louder, but still not where I’d like it.I share an office with a coworker, and we’re often on calls together. I wanted something noise cancelling so that I don’t hear him when he’s taking. Also, I want folks on Trams calls to be able to hear me better when I’m on a noisy job site. The noise cancellation on the speakers is just “ok”. I hear a lot more ambient noise with the JBLs than I do with my AirPod Pros. On the microphone end, the JBLs do a pretty good job of filtering out background noise, however, when they are cancelling background noise they are also cancelling my voice at those same frequencies. So in a noisy environment, my voice comes out very choppy on the other end.I think these are decent for someone on a budget, but in the overall scheme of things they leave a lot to be desired.

Great ear buds at a great price

I just received them. I downloaded the JBL app and started using them instantly. Out of the box I was impressed with the way everything was packed. Everything was wrapped and perfectly placed so that no damage would occur during shipping. The ear buds fit great in my ear and haven’t fallen out, even when moving around in 100 degree temperatures. That’s a huge plus for me! The overall sound is incredible considering the price. The sound is great even when switching from one genre to another. I’m a metal head, so having the ability to hear every instrument precise and clear is what I’ve been looking for. The vocals are crisp and clear. Even when the band has a high pitched vocalist and a deep, throaty vocalist. My only disappointment is the JBL App. I was hoping that the app would give you better options, but it doesn’t, it has 4 choices for the equalizer, jazz, vocals, bass and extra bass. And then you can try to make an equalizer that fits your listening wishes. If your like me and don’t have the required understanding of sound at different levels, then you get 4 basic options! Plus the app has very little else to make it worth downloading. If I remember, I will update my review in the coming weeks. But overall I gave these a 4 star review and would most definitely urge anyone to give them an honest try. I think they’ll surprise you

    Good wireless headphones.

I had the Apple AirPods before I got this pair on sale… and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint. The sound is great, the battery life is double that of the AirPods, and they just generally look great. I’m only knocking one star off because they don’t charge as fast as the AirPods and because they have so many different controls on the headphones that the AirPods don’t… which makes the hard to get used to (volume, pause, play, etc). Overall all though, I’m pretty happy with them and would definitely buy them again if my current ones break. AirPods are good, but if you can’t quite afford them or want a super long battery life & good quality audio then these are it.

Great ear buds that produce a nice clean sound and fit very nice in the ear. Only negative is the case when you open it to grab the earbuds out its a little compact and hard to get them out. Maybe I just haven’t figured out the best way to remove them yet. Overall very happy with them.
