Tried this with our elderly cat who had some behavioral issues of peeing around the house. Worth the try to see if it calms your cat to not feel upset about something and not pee out of spite.

Finally, Fewer Feline Fights!
This has certainly reduced the number of fights between our 4 cats. We just added a new stray female, which our 2 other females adore, but the newest is afraid of our male – which leads to hissing and fights between them all. This product has helped (we use 3 for our 1200 SF home).

Have used these many times.
This time the dispenser actually melted a bit and the liquis fell on a pet silicone pet placemat and it bubbled. I have one dispenser left, but I am afraid to use it. I have spray so that”s good, but I spent quite a bit for dispensers and refills I wont use.

THE 30-DAY STARTER KIT RAN OUT AND THE BAD BEHAVIOR RETURNED – A NECESSITY FOR US
OUR ADVERSARIAL FELINE PROBLEMWe have a female cat that literally appeared on our doorstep as a feral kitten. My daughter patiently tamed her on our porch over a period of about two weeks, and then we added her to our household. Unfortunately, as she got older, she began to shriek at our gentle giant male cat. She tormented him mercilessly, stalking him and even taking swipes at him with her claws. However, we were committed to not to abandoning her at a shelter.TRIED 30-DAY STARTER KIT AND IT WORKEDI joke that we took the cat out of the alley, but we could not take the alley out of the cat. We tried colostrum treats, and those worked to some degree. In desperation, we tried the 30-day starter kit of this product. Low and behold, it worked! There have been far fewer disturbances between the two cats and the female is, overall, much more docile.PRODUCT RAN OUT AND BAD BEHAVIOR CAME BACKThen, the pheromone vial ran out… and the bad behavior returned. It was like night and day. So, of course we purchased refills… and harmony was restored. We purchased the 3-pack size because it fit our budget.OUR NEW NECESSITY – WE HAVE EMPATHY FOR FOLKS LIKE US!Your experience might be different from ours because every cat is different. For us, it’s become a new necessity. I don’t love the thought of another expense, but the alternative is not acceptable. I wish you much success in correcting whatever behavioral problem you are trying to rectify. Our family certainly has deep empathy for folks facing our previous situation!

Works great, but they leak!
This product worked so good for my 3 make cats. Quelled the fighting. I bought one and saw immediate improvement so I got 2 more and more have them on subscription.BUT, they leak!!!And searching on the web this is a real and constant problem.Either they changed manufacturers, or used cheaper materials or something but two out of 3 leak. VERY disappointing.Edit/update 6/20/24These seem to work well, although I had to buy another one as 3 did not do the job.They do NOT cover 700 square feet.They do NOT last 30 days.Due to the high cost, the leaks and the durability are VERY disappointing.

Calming Effect for Cats: Mixed Results but Worth Trying
My wife and I started using the Feliway MultiCat 30-Day Diffuser about six months ago for our two indoor cats: a 9-year-old and a 2-year-old we rescued. The younger cat is super hyper and constantly attacks her older sister.We disagree on the product’s effectiveness. My wife is sold on it, believing it has made the younger cat somewhat calmer, though I find it hard to tell. Regardless of our differing opinions, it’s worth mentioning that Amazon offers this product at a much cheaper price than our local pet stores.Overall, it’s a solid 4-star product for its potential benefits and affordability.

Helps out calm three cats! Highly recommend!
This is the first time I bought this specific item. I purchased it to help calm three cats. Two older cats being introduced to a new younger cat. It seems to help. We’ll use it for a few months and update the review if need be. I bought this along with a couple of other brands and am using four different diffusers at once to help. Highly recommend.

easy to use, I’m buying the third container so it’s still an experiment but the cats are getting along, but with the heat and less outdoor time, they are getting along and sleeping a lot. ??? one more month, we’ll see.

I bought this product to help acclimate my stray outdoor cat inside with my other cat. They have a love/hate relationship and I was hoping this would help. The worse thing about this product is that despite what they say about it being undetectable to humans I can smell it and I don’t like the way it makes me feel.I cant keep it plugged in long enough to see if it has any affect on my cats.

I have two high-stung cats, and this stuff is a godsend. I know it’s time to change them out when my cats start acting up. As soon as I change them, back to normal. Really great stuff!

Your Mileage May Vary
Some folks swear by this product but I’ve heard mixed results. However that’s not the reason for my rating as different cats may react differently (or not at all).I have a multi-cat, multi-pet, multi-foster household and they all mostly get along. I have one cat with FIC (stress issues) but unfortunately this does not help her. That’s not a problem. One problem is proper coverage requires one diffuser per, I don’t know, maybe 150-200 sq ft which adds up and gets expensive. Two, I like many people, especially pet owners, have air purifiers with HEPA filters. So the combination of any HEPA filters and air-dispersed pheromone diffuser may just counteract the effect. That’s not Feliway’s problem though but worth noting. Third, the bottles should be shaped in a way to utilize a much product as possible. Given the flat bottom shape, there’s a bit of liquid leftover. While this may be penny-pinching, this is not cheap.If this product worked for me, I would still buy it but may discontinue use given my cat that I mainly bought this for, does not get any notable value. I have had great luck with a name-brand pheromone calming collar. Highly recommend that.

Just might not work for our cats specifically
About two months ago we got a new cat to introduce to our current gang of three. The resident three drama queens and are frightened of him, and he had a naughty tendency to get too playful and chase them around. We tried the standard method of slow introductions but every time it came to the physical introduction he would get too playful, and one cat in particular was so frightened as to not even come near him. We had tried Feliway Multicat in the past with a visiting cat but it hadn’t worked, though we assumed it was just due to the visiting cat’s high energy. This time trying it again, it still didn’t seem to have much effect. I believe that Feliway really does work for others, but it just doesn’t work well for our situations. Maybe it’s just the mix of cats that we have specifically that don’t respond to it. We also recently got a cat groomed and the others are now frightened of her and hissing at her. However, if Feliway prevents full-out attacks, it is very good at that as we have not had any injuries or intense fights, still just lots of tension and hissing and scurrying away. It makes me sad that it doesn’t add that extra kick of positivity our cats need to get along. I think any customers considering it should give it a go, because it’s worth it to try anything to have your cats get along, but it doesn’t always work for every cat and every circumstance.

Big Difference when used!
I love this product! There is such a huge difference in my cats when this is in use. Change in temperment, and territory attitude. No fighting or rarely compared to blocking others from going into areas or bathroom to use kitty box. No standoffs or agitation. Great peace of mind! I can definitely see a diference when it starts to run out. So I get the three pack and have one placed in different corners or walls within a large space where all the cats gather at. Great product!

Miracle Worker
This works wonders on my male cat. I can tell right away when it’s time to replace the product. Finn starts attacking his sister and won’t stop. A cat who loves when I hold and snuggle him becomes an unfriendly cat. The difference with the plug-in is remarkable.

Calms the Kitties
When the Feliway dispensers plug in, our cats zone out. We always use these when moving apartments, getting ready to leave for a trip, have guests or any disruptions, and it definitely helps mellow the felines out. The only downside is too much may make them lazy and inactive… if they weren’t already.

Cat more tolerant
