Perfect headphones BUT are not noise cancelling!!
I absolutely loved these beautiful Beats and bought them because I took some reviews that the noise cancelling was not bad. They were easy to set up on my Samsung S24 Ultra. I used them while traveling and my family could hear everything from the airport announcements and they couldn’t hear me. I had to return them and get different ones with the noise cancelling. I highly recommend these Solo 4 Beats IF YOU DO NOT wear them in public areas.

Headphones
Loved them!! Sound is great basically noise cancelling buut not quite there yet, still spot on with sound and coverage of noise and fits the ear. No problem connecting to them, and functions with my phone perfectly. Very hesitant to buy but hey sometimes amazon just get your right ✅️ 🙃. Love my new beats and i got them on discount for $99 and tax woth the buy. Wouldnt recommend buying these headphones for anything over 150 tho. And the charge last and charges fast.

Great sounds, battery long lasting but it’s so closed that it overheats the earth and its quite uncomfortable after 30 minutes

Great. Easy pairing. I’ve already had problems with pairing. This one made it easy.
I am one that is not tech-savvy, especially when it comes to pairing up devices. However, I found this very easy to pair with my smartphone so therefore, I am so far happy with these headphones, Except the sound is not as good as my old wired in earplugs, Still, They are worth the purchase and I am very happy with them. Also one more, Why do we always have to have a photo sent back? This is a little bit of an inconveniencei would believe to most people.

Love Them!
The media could not be loaded.
I was debating on whether I should purchase these beats because of the reviews. But these are great. These are my first headphones I’ve ever purchased. I was more of an airpod girly, but i’m never going back.I wear these for the gym, road trips, etc. They hurt a little if you wear them for a couple hours, but for the most part, that’s normal. Also, if you are a sister like me, AND WEAR LONG BRAIDS, Make sure you push them back bc my ears were sooo sore from having my braids under the beats. The volume is loud. I don’t usually have the volume up all the way, BUT they work just as well. When they first arrived, I was skeptical about the duration bc they were giving a little flimsy, but they’ve held up well(It’s been 2 months with them).Love the color and everything. Step out of your comfort zone and get the blue color. Everyone else has black and it’s very sleek.Overall, 5/5

Unparalleled noise-cancelling!
Okay, I’m not an expert and these were the first headphones with noise-canceling that I’ve ever worn. But I later got a pair of JBL headphones that don’t even come close when it comes to noise-canceling. And sound quality. Similar priced headsets, but Beats is clearly the winner.

Awesome
I actually didn’t think that these would work as well as they do. But when you turn on the noise canceling, you really can’t hear anything except for whatever you’re listening too on the headset. And the deal I got on them was so amazing that I definitely couldn’t pass it up. My granddaughter loves them and takes them almost everywhere she goes including to school, so she can listen to music on the way and on the way back home.

beautiful headphones but too big for small heads!
don’t get me wrong, i adore these headphones. the feeling, the quality, the sound — amazing. but they are too big for me and fall off a lot at the gym….so what did i do? i bought the solo 4’s to see if they fit my small head better! these would be great for travelling or a work setting.

Good, not great.
Got this on sale for $99 vs $195. I previously bought SoundCore Q20 for $40 & later wanted what I thought would be better sound from the Beats Brand however, that wasn’t the case. The SoundCore by Anker had a lot more bass & overall comparable sound. This is a nice quality product though.

Was able to finally auto pair
18.0.1 iOS for iPhone 15 Pro. I can’t automatically pair. It starts to look like it’s going to pair but it doesn’t. I am disappointed because I think this is the way to see the headphone battery level. Overall I do like the sound and the fit is decent. I wear glasses and they don’t seem to bother me. I really like them, they sound great with the USB cord attached to phone. I’m happy with my purchase and the price. I have a hard time wearing AirPods because they hurt my ears and I’m prone to losing them or dropping them. This was a great solution. I just wish they would automatically connect. I did troubleshoot by resetting and turning the phone off and on. A new iOS just came out so I’ll see if that helps. If it does I’ll update my review. People say it looks lilac which I was kind of hoping for but to me it’s just a very light pale pink. Update: 18.1.1 iOS did fix the issue of the not automatically pairing. I’m so happy because it has settings and shows the batter power, similar to just AirPods do. If you’re looking for headphones, I highly recommend. I never thought I’d buy beats, thought they were overhyped but I’m really enjoying them and glad I made the purchase, especially on sale. Im happy with the design, quality and functionality of the Beats Solo Pro 4.

Very comfortable
Noise cancelling is great, as soon as you put them on. The Spatial Audio is cool, sound following how you move your head. Design is good, muffs are comfortable like pillows. Snug fit so they don’t move around. The fact that they fold up is great, makes it much easier to store. Battery life is great, I’ve been wearing them for hours without having to charge. Buttons are easy to use, once you know which one is which lol

What a Workout!
These headphones are absolutely incredible! I had been looking for a pair of headphones I could wear during workouts. I have several buds (Bose, Air pods, Beats), but they would always slip out of my ears during cardio sessions. I saw these were on sale, and decided to purchase. Boy am I glad I did! They are gorgeous, and the sound quality is amazing – even without ANC! They fit perfectly, and functionality is a breeze! I am a fan!

Great balance between performance and affordability.
I was looking to upgrade from my AirPods and found these headphones to be a great alternative. The ear pads are soft and comfortable, even though they’re not over-ear pads, which was a concern for me initially. They don’t cause any soreness during shorter listening sessions, but after 2-3 hours, you might start to feel some pressure and need to adjust them for better comfort. One of the standout features is the seamless connectivity with my MacBook and iOS devices, making switching between them hassle-free. They also support Apple’s Spatial Audio, which enhances the listening experience, especially for music and movies designed for immersive sound. While they don’t include active noise cancellation, which would have been a nice addition, the extended battery life more than compensates for it. I’ve been impressed by how long they last on a single charge, making them reliable for long workdays or travel.Overall, these headphones strike a great balance between performance and affordability. If you’re seeking an upgrade with solid features like Spatial Audio and great battery life, these are worth considering, even without noise cancellation.

Missed having Beats! We’re back baby!
I’ve owned wired Solo Beats and wireless Studio(original for both) in the past and loved them. But when my Studios died after about 5 years, I settled on a cheap knockoff to get me by while I waited for a deal on real Beats. Then the day came that these Solo 4s went on sale for $99.99—half off! I’d been eyeing the black and gold pair for sooooo long. So I purchased them with a quickness. I love having that amazing Beats sound quality back! The quality of these headphones are great. Super easy to connect to my phone. Love the color combo of black and gold. And most of all, I love that I got such a good deal on them!

Not for me
They look cool. They sound *amazing*. They connected easily to my phone. The top is grippy too so they don’t fall off. That said, they hurt to wear. I only got through about 2 hours before I had to take them off. They’re super tight, and they crush your ear down. Def headache inducing, and I have a smaller head. Returning them unfortunately.

Almost perfect. Worth the price (on sale).
I am a fairly heavy user of headphones and most recently have used AirPod Pro 2’s. I got the beats solo 4 on sale. The sound is very good. The battery life is amazing. The blue color is nice. It is nice that it supports lossless audio via USB-C and also comes with both the USB-C cord and a 3.5 mm male to male cord. They are also very light, and they charge very quickly. They work great with Apple phones and other devices, including spatial audio. They pair easily. There isn’t very much to complain about. The only negatives that I have found so far is that it’s not quite as convenient to switch between devices because it does not contain the Apple H1/H2 chip, and the clamping force of the headphones is a little too tight if you wear glasses. Hopefully that will loosen up on my particular headphones. The lack of ANC is not a big deal. The earcups are very comfortable and they block out as much noise as a cheaper pair of ANC headphones. But, if you were looking for the sort of silence that you would receive from a more expensive pair of headphones, you probably should buy a more expensive pair of headphones. The carrying case is nice and the headphones do fold to a fairly small size. They also seem fairly durable. The only discomfort that I have wearing them is from the clamping force; I don’t know whether I have a larger small head, but I am about 6 feet tall and male. Maybe a smaller framed person would not have that difficulty.. I can wear them for a couple of hours and then it’s time to give my head a rest. I’d say for the price that I paid that is worth the trouble. It’s a common joke that beats headphones are typically found around people’s necks. I don’t know whether that is true, but I can tell you that they are very comfortable around your neck. The smaller ear cups and general lightweight nature of this set of earphones make them a perfect candidate for wearing around your neck. Finally, as a recent (and still) Apple snob, it is a little disappointing that the headphones don’t know whether they are on your head or sitting on a chair, so they do not pause when you take them off. Of course, they do not have any sort of passthrough sound capability. If, like me, you are slightly disgusted that Apple failed to make any meaningful update to the Apple branded headphones that still cost an arm and a leg this year, these are a nice compromise, considering the price.I saved the best for last and if you continued reading to this point, congratulations, because one of the things it is difficult to ascertain with an online purchase is microphone quality (for calls or voice recognition). It is excellent, and the headphones sound at least as good as my AirPods Pro 2’s for calls in both loud and quiet environments.

I Carry them with me EVERYWHERE!
I originally got these because I wanted some a good, cute pair of noise canceling headphones that I can travel with and had a carry case, because I’m the biggest klutz you’d ever meet. I originally ordered my Soundcore by Anker noise canceling headphones and I really disliked them because of how tight they were on my head. I also found myself getting motion sick when I used them or traveled with them. I ended up just giving them to my sister and that girl never takes them off, so she has 10/10 on them. BUT, I, on the other hand, I went back to the drawing board and researched some more, finally coming across these Beats. The were on sale when I bought them and I’ve enjoyed them so much since I bought them in July/August. I use them when I work in the library, work in general, need to tune out my household, clean with them, etc. No matter how noise canceling the headphones are, noise will always sneak in no matter the headphones, and that’s coming from someone with Apple Earbuds and the Beats. Plus, I’ve been my girlie era recently, so the pink color made my year🩷

They are great but have 1 big defect
I loved these, they are great and the sound is really good. The only big problem they have, is that they don’t turn off when you take them off.You need to turn them off manually and this is not common with the competence, so I have left them some times on and lose battery when I want to use them.

Great!
Bought these for my son for his birthday. They are a little smaller so I wouldn’t recommend them for teenagers to wear. They work well and true to color. They are easy to connect and the charge last for awhile.
Very nice product. Good thickness and true to size. The fit is perfect and compatible with my filtration system. I ordered to reduce air born allergies. So far seems to have reduced dust. –

This is my second purchase of beat headphones. I really like the design and the over the ear function and durability. They’re easy to charge and easy to set up. The fit is better than most over-the-ear headphones.

Comfortable and cute
These are my favorite headphones. I run a lot and they work great and last for hours! They fit very comfortably over my ears and they are a little bit water resistant, but I wouldn’t get them too wet though. The design is very stylish and sleek. The buttons are easy to access and use. The range is pretty good. These are very expensive headphones, but worth the investment in my opinion, they last for years!

Better than Stuido Pros
I first picked up the Beats Studio Pros from Costco and tried them for two weeks. For being $350, they were terrible. My old “lower-quality” Sony noise canceling headphones performed better than the latest and greatest headphone? No way. So I returned it and swore off Beats products. Then I saw my sister was using the Beats Solo4s and tried them, expecting the StuidoPro experience. The sound quality greatly surpassed them and they fit snugly on my head. Impressed, I went on Amazon, found them at 50% off and picked them up. $200 is a bit overpriced imo for the features these include, but for $100 they’re definitely worth it.They are great for working out, a bit tight on your head, great fashion accessory, and sound fantastic for what they are especially without having noise canceling features. They keep out excess noise fairly well although I mostly use them at the gym. I have to take them off in order to hear someone if they talk to me. I got some sweat covers for the leather cushions so I would recommend that if you plan on sweating extensively with them like I do.

My first pair of headphones
Bought on Black Friday sale and was super excited for them to come in! The color is spot on and pretty. Super easy to connect Bluetooth from my phone to the headphones. I like the functionality is simple, it fit me like a glove and doesn’t seem to slide off. Also couldn’t believe how fast these things charge! All in all it was a great purchase and I’m very happy 😊

Great headphones for the gym
I bought these headphones to use at the gym. They sound great. If you have a big head like I do then you might have issues with comfort the first few times that you wear them. Also, since they fit on the ears, you really can’t wear them for more than an hour and a half or so without them starting to bother you. Overall, I would say that I’m happy with them

Amazing
The fit is great for those of us with medium sized ears, connectivity of this wow can be at least down stairs and this upstairs and still it works without interruptions. I think I got a good value for the design I got, now I know I know I did when it was knocked out of my hand as a rainstorm was happening it hit the cement and fall into a pooling of water on the ground. Still works after I dried it up. No problem.

Beats Solo 4
I recently purchased a new pair of Beats Solo 4 wireless headphones. I have a pair of Solo 3s but the on/off switch no longer works. I discovered that a repair would cost almost the same as a new set. So, I decided to buy new. Thus far, they seem pretty much the same as the Solo 3s. The biggest difference is that the 4s have 50 hours of battery life. At least that’s what the Amazon description claims. However, the paperwork and box states that 4s only have 40 hours, the same as the 3’s. I feel deceived but I don’t intend to send them back. I like them otherwise and 40 hours isn’t bad.

Great music but tight
Trying to love it last few days, slightly tight and using more than 1 hour makes me want to get rid of it. Although sound is great, it is tight for my head and ears. Plus, my AirPods sound almost the same. reason to try this was dropping AirPods while exercising.

At the Black Friday price, these seem well worth it so far. Could be better
I had a solo 3 pair that lasted 4 years with heavy use.Problem has always been bluetooth drops on phonecalls, using Android devices. Very intermittent issues but could never fully trust it.I deleted / added the connection numerous times as well as the app and setup. I think these are made to work with Apple and Android is an afterthought

They are okay for $99
I got them on sale for $99 or I would not have bought them, they are good, but lack features of the higher end models. No noise cancelling and they don’t auto turn off for you, the two features I wish they had. They do fit tight, which is fine since I wear them when I work out. The sound quality is good and using them for phone calls works good as well. If you have to pay full price I would consider other brands or models of beats. After having them a month they hurt my ears if I wear them more than a 30 minutes. They are way too tight on your ears. They are on the ear not over the ear head phones. Ouch

Great quality!
Got these for boyfriend’s birthday present…. He loves them and said they are very good quality! He works in a warehouse where it gets loud, and said that with these headphones it cut out all the background noise and the sound and range are awesome. He said they are way better than the set he had actually been looking at, which were more expensive.

Read the review.
First of all, I was undecided which over the headphones to buy simply because there are so many; ie bose, beats, Beats Pro, Jbl.My thought process considered which of these headphones were most compatible with an iPhone. The advertisement on the packaging says compatible with “IPhone.” Works with android. The main purpose of these solo 4 beats was to bring them to the gym and anywhere else I might want to watch Netflix in public or what have you. It was not an intended use to use them while making phone calls. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how remarkably compatible they are with the sound quality while listening to music or Netflix. It is noise canceling and like your in a theater.I would absolutely recommend these headphones if you’re solely using them for the gym and or watching TV with.Something else to consider, you can pair these to a smart TV if you don’t want noise for the rest of the household. That’s another function.. again intelligent, frugal, affordable purchase. Well worth the investment.

Good Headphones for Most, but Not for Me
It’s been a while since I last owned a pair of Beats and I thought these would be better, when in reality, it was just more of the same. The only real good thing I can say about these is that they do, in fact, have great battery life and their design is sleek, but other than that, they just weren’t for me.These Beats Solo 4’s do come with a carrying case along with the charging cable and an AUX cable for wired playback, which I appreciate. The headphones fold up compactly and they are easy to transport, but I do have one issue with the folding mechanism that I’ll talk about later. The headphones are lightweight and small, and the design is great. The headphones are easy to adjust for your head size, and the ear pads have modest cushioning. The Bluetooth pairing is simple, and on my iPhone I was immediately prompted when they were powered on to connect them. Now, let me talk about the sound quality. Unlike the older Beats which were mostly bass focused, in my opinion, these headphones were much more neutral with a flatter EQ that I generally prefer. It makes game audio richer when listening for enemies, it makes background instruments in songs more vibrant and focused, and it just allows you to hear things more how they truly sound. Except, something went wrong with the treble or the midtones or something as they were extremely sharp sounding. Most music sounds great and it is harder to notice this sharpness unless the volume is loud, but for listening to podcasts or watching online videos- that sharpness is extremely noticeable, especially in people with softer speaking voices as they sound almost whispy with sharp “s” and “t” sounds. These sharper voices almost make it sound like people or hissing as they talk and I just couldn’t get over it. Admittingly, this issue is much less noticeable when using them wirelessly with my phone where I have more direct control of the EQ, but when using them wired on my PC or through my PlayStation controller, that ability to adjust the EQ diminishes. For movies or well produced content, some of that issue is more mild, but as a huge online content consumer, who mainly uses them wired, it was just not my taste. I know some won’t have this issue, and I just might be more sensitive to it, but that was my experience.Furthermore, we have to talk about my other complaints. First off, the hinge mechanism for holding the headphones is a bit dangerous if you have your hands near it when storing them, as I got my finger badly pinched a couple of times while doing just this. That may not be an issue for some, but I feel like I won’t be the only person to experience that. Additionally, the comfort could be a bit better. Despite the headphones being lightweight, the clamping force on the ear cups is still very strong and after just an hour of wearing them I would begin to get migraines from the pressure. My head is fairly normal sized, and even when adjusting the headband to be looser, that experience didn’t stop. The headband itself is also not that comfortable. The headband, which has a silicone-like padding, gets very thin and flattens out a lot as your body heat from your head warms it up. After a while, you will feel that the headband starts to sink a bit more into your scalp before it becomes uncomfortable. Once again, all of this is just my experience, but worth mentioning. The main thing I can say is that the battery life is actually really good. They seem to charge quickly, and I haven’t had issues with leaving the charger connected which destroyed one of my older Beats Studios from years ago. The battery seems to last forever as you scroll through videos, watch movies and play mobile games before that recharge is necessary.Overall, I ultimately returned these headphones. Not because they were bad, but just because they weren’t a good fit for me. The sharpness in some voices over the wired connection was hard to ignore, and the migraine inducing pain from the poor comfort also wasn’t worth the subpar experience I was having. While these headphones may still be great for a lot of people, I had to share my thoughts to be as honest as possible.

Love these headphones!
I spent a very long time deciding between the earbuds or these and decided to get these, and I must say, I am very happy with my purchase. These headphones are amazing and feel and sound very premium. The sound quality is great. I use Bluetooth on my iPhone where they automatically pair, and when I feel like having a more personal listening session, I have the Hi-Res lossless versions of my Apple Music library downloaded on my iPad where I can just connect the USB-C cable. They come with a premium feeling carrying case to keep your cables and headphones in, which is great! The spatial audio and head tracking is very gimmicky tho, I will say.

Good Headphones
I bought this product because my old headphones were driving me crazy. They were old and the battery life was getting really short and I was continually having to reconnect the cans to my iPad which was very annoying. These cans connected seamlessly with the iPad Air (which I also bought) and stay connected to them and there appear to be no battery issues. Sound quality is OK; I have no complaints. My only gripe is that the clamping of the headphones is on the strong side and may bother some people in terms of comfort. Other than that, they are fine. Not sure I would buy them at full retail, but at 50% off for Black Friday, they appear to be a solid buy.

Great quality
Was hesitant to purchase these but I’m glad I did. I use them at the gym or while I’m cleaning around the house. I ended up getting the silicone cushion covers by wicked cushions since I sweat so much at the gym- highly recommend. Anyways, these are adjustable and easy to use. The battery life is incredible. The connectivity is clear and strong. So far I’m loving the overall functionality and design. After about an hour or more I do experience a little ear fatigue but a slight adjustment fixes that. They are snug so I can go run long distances or lift weights and not have to worry about them falling off.

50//50 about these
So I like them but they have a lot of icks for me.For one, I don’t like that it pulls my hair out when I take them off. I don’t like how little the earpieces are either. I wish they were a bit bigger.I like their fit tho. I can bend over and pick something up and they don’t fall off, that’s super important. I can also look up without them falling off. These don’t have noice canceling but really who cares because if you’re music is up enough you can’t really hear anything anyway.I wish there were more options for adjusting the way the sound is because it’s not 100% great quality.

Get it – Bought during 50% sale!!
I bought this to replace my very old tattered gym headphones. First of all, these headphones are very cute. Took a while to figure out the buttons, but got the hang of it pretty quick. It fits snug on my head and doesn’t move much when I’m weight lifting – but after 30+ minutes, my ears were getting uncomfortable. I had to occasionally take off the headphones to let the pressure off my ears and to wipe off the sweat build up. Maybe I’m too used to the over-the-ears type… I still like it a lot so I’ll keep it. I’ll probably use these for light short work out days and use something else for long/sweaty leg days.

The “noise cancellation”
I’ve never had headphones before i’ve always been more of a airpods person , I know, it does not have noise cancellation but you know since it covers your ears it stops some of the unnecessary sound, i love it for school it helps so i can focus more when people don’t stop talking, the only bad thing is that it hurts your ears after using them for some hours i don’t know if its because i am a big ear girly but overall super cute and nice sound! love it.

Love it!!!
My teenage daughter has went through air pods like crazy because for teenagers there easy to loose. So we decided to go with the beats this go around and much easier keeping track of! LolMy daughter actually said she likes the sound better from the head phones then she did the air pods. She found them half off price, which was awesome for mom! She loves the cloud Pink color and they look sharp. She said she has friends from school wanting to order some now. LolThey seem to be the trend. No complaints about this product very happy with the purchase. Shipping was super fast. And came nicely packed in a box with a charger.Would definitely order again!

Great for general use
I use these all the time for the gym, to talk on the phone and I’ve been told the quality of the the microphone is great. I use it most of the time in Bluetooth mode since I have an iPhone. I tried using it for my call center job and they couldn’t hear me but for the gym or just to listen to music is great! The battery life hold up very well and the buttons are great when assigning a function.

Great headphones
Update: I got a hold of someone from Beats support. We narrowed down the issue to a bug in the latest iOS update. The issue is not with the beats. Apple does not have a fix for this but is working to fix it with the next update. The headphones can be connected manually, it just won’t connect automatically as a new device.I received my beats headphones today. These headphones are beautiful. The sound quality and comfort is great so far, as I’ve only had them for a day. However, one of the features that is advertised is the ease of pairing. The headphones that I received will not automatically pair to my iPhone. My iPhone has the latest update. And my AirPods do automatically pair, so I don’t think it is a device issue. The Beats do show up on my phone as if it’s trying to automatically pair, but it looks like it won’t actually pair. After a quick google search, I have tried resetting the headphones, and turning my phone on and off. Still won’t pair. I followed the Amazon link to the manufacturer, which is Apple, and it does not list Beats as a device that they can help with. I’m having difficulty finding any technical support. I’m greatly disappointed and frustrated, as “ease” of pairing” was one of the selling points for me. Sadly, I’m considering returning because for the price of these headphones, I think they should do what is advertised.
